This policy explains what Abed Rugs collects when you use this site and how that information is handled.

What we collect

• Details you submit in a rug request: name, phone number, email, ZIP code, room details, style and color preferences, budget range, timing and any message or room photo you choose to attach.
• Basic technical information such as the pages you visit and the referring link or campaign parameters, used to understand how people find us.

How we use it

• To select rugs that match your room and to arrange your appointment.
• To contact you about your request by phone, text or email, as you agreed.
• To improve which pages and rugs we show.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our website, customer records and scheduling on our behalf.

Calls and texts

If you check the box agreeing to calls and texts, we may contact you about your rug request and appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call. Consent to texts is never required to receive a response.

Cookies, measurement and advertising

Strictly necessary cookies run the site, keep forms working and remember your cookie choice. Advertising and measurement tools load only after you turn them on in the cookie banner. Advertising is off by default.

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms). Purpose: measuring and improving our ads and understanding which pages lead to appointment requests. Data categories: page URL and referrer, general device and browser information, IP address, Meta click identifier (fbclid) and campaign parameters, and the rug identifier when you view a listing. Loads only with advertising consent.
• HighLevel (our customer records, scheduling and website tracking provider). Purpose: connecting your form submission and appointment to the campaign or page you came from, and contacting you about your request. Data categories: the details you submit in the form, page URL, referrer, campaign parameters and general device information. HighLevel may also report a completed request back to Meta from its own servers so we are not counting the same request twice.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad measurement described above.

Your controls and opt-out

• Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / Cookie Preferences link in the footer at any time to accept all, reject everything non-essential, or choose categories individually.
• Rejecting advertising stops the Meta Pixel from loading on this site.
• You can also clear this site's storage in your browser, or use your browser and device ad settings.
• Ask us and we will correct or delete the information you submitted, or stop contacting you.

This section describes how the site is set up; it is information about our practices, not a legal guarantee or legal advice.

Room photos

Photos you upload are stored privately and used only to help select rugs for you. They are not published on this site. Ask us and we will delete a photo.

Retention and your choices

We keep request records as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time.
